House Rules

General Rules

• All instructions of employees of the hotel, which are related to the house rules must be followed.
• In case of fire always remain calm. Report the fire to the reception and/or break the glass in the nearest fire alarm.
• Leave the building immediately in case of a fire alarm.
• Do not use the lift in case of a fire alarm. Leave the building using the stairs. Follow the exit signs which are clearly marked.
• We can only accept a Hotel reservation from over 18 year olds. A valid passport or identity card must be presented to our staff when you check in.
• Cameras are installed at various locations throughout the building. Anyone entering our hotel consents to being recorded. In the event of emergencies and/or incidents, these recordings may be provided to third parties as supporting evidence.
• Any lost property must be handed in at the reception desk.
• The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of your belongings.
• The Management, the owner of this location and/or persons working for the Hotel cannot be held liable for any injury and/or material or non-material damage that visitors to the premises may suffer.

It is not allowed to:

• Using emergency exits as regular entrances and exits.
• Taking hotel property outside the building. Anyone who intentionally damages hotel property may be held liable for the costs of repair and/or replacement.
• To have, use or sell prohibited drugs or substances.
• Using nitrous oxide balloons in the room.
• Causing a nuisance to others, including by playing loud music, behaving inappropriately or making noise of any kind.
• Smoking anywhere in the building. If we find that smoking has nevertheless taken place, a €150.00 fine will be charged.
• Having more persons in the room than the permitted number.
• Receiving other guests in the room.
• Receiving guests in the rooms for the purpose of commercial sexual activities.

• In any case which has not been mentioned or provided for in the above rules, the hotels decision is final.

• The management and staff of the hotel would like to wish you a safe and pleasant stay at our hotel.

Regulations suites:

• Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel. If this rule is violated in the suite, the hotel will charge you €250.00 for additional cleaning costs and/or any damage incurred.
• It is strictly prohibited to light candles or incense due to the fire alarm system and the risk of fire. The security system will be activated immediately.
• Certain decorations, such as confetti, are not permitted in the hotel rooms. Please ask at the reception desk whether your decorations are allowed. Any additional cleaning costs or technical issues resulting from this will be charged to the guest.
• A maximum of 5 people are permitted in our family rooms. Children under the age of 12 are allowed, provided that at least 1 adult is present. Bringing children is entirely at your own risk. Unfortunately, children are not permitted in our Hummingbird, Wellness and Flamingo Suites. The maximum occupancy of these suites is 2 adults.
• Check-out from this room is no later than 11:30 a.m., after which we will inspect the room.
• Any damage to, loss of, or destruction of hotel property will result in immediate removal from the premises, liability for the associated costs and/or a report to the police.
• We require a €150.00 cash deposit for the issuance of the room key, or a credit card as a guarantee. The deposit will be returned upon check-out, provided that the suite is left in the proper condition.
• Presenting a valid ID is mandatory.
• The use, possession or dealing of narcotics or other illegal drugs, in any form, is prohibited. In the event of drug use or dealing, hotel management will contact the police and may remove the guest from the premises without refund.
